Our Client requires an experienced automotive Service Receptionist for their busy reception within their successful Motor Trade Main Car Dealership.



As a key customer-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the reception, as such good communication skills are essential.



In this busy and varied role you will be exceptionally organised and be the clients first point of contact within the dealership You will be a good team player with excellent, communication skills, along with the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers.



You must be technically minded, perhaps have been a technician and looking for a new role. You must be able to liaise with both the clients and workshop.



There are various IT Systems and processes in place to assist you in your role, so being computer literate, will be an advantage along with a keen eye for detail to ensure you are accurately recording our customer details.



Previous motor trade experience in this role is essential.
