CHEF DE PARTIE 2AAR VEGETARIAN RESTAURANT SOUTH COAST



Chef de Partie required for busy vegetarian restaurant on South Coast.



You will need previous chef de partie experience at a 2AA Rosette establishment but not necessarilly vegetarian.



As chef de partie you will be part of a 16 strong brigade of chefs serving up to 245 covers on a Saturday night.



This restaurant has drawn glowing reports from major food writers.



Hours are only 40 per week and include the occassional split shift.
