Commis Chef



You will be a Commis Chef with some experience or a college leaver with a relevant catering qualification. You must be bright, enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn and progress. You will be required to work 4 split shifts each week and Sunday lunch time. All meals are prepared from fresh, including the desserts. Due to the location, transport would be useful as the nearest train station is approximately a 15 minute walk away. If you live in Brighton there could be an opportunity to lift share.
