Workshop Manager



My client is currently looking for a 'Workshop Manager' in their busy factory based in Arundel.



You will be responsible for of team of ten people, and ensuring you reach daily production targets. Furthermore you must demonstrate excellent communication skills, and know how to motivate and encourage others. You will report to Production Manager on a regular basis.



Previous experience in fabrication is essential, with at least two years operating at a Manager level.



Hours:

8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday with 1/2 hour Lunch. There is overtime also on offer, with between 5-10 hours every week.



Salary:

£10.00 per hour and over-time at time and a half.
