Remuneration

Up to £60,000 per annum + benefits depending on experience



The Client and the Role:

My client is one of the UK's leading consultancies who require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team to work on a range of construction projects. These include leisure, retail, education, health and residential projects. My client currently has a turnover of £12 million which has doubled over the past 5 years. They recruited over 40 staff members in 2007, proving that their company is continually growing. Their projects range from about £5 million to £30 million.



Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor:

Ideally 10 years Quantity Surveying Experience

Good Commercial Awareness

RICS accredited is Advantageous

Ideally Good Construction knowledge including education and retail experience

JCT form of contract knowledge is preferable
