The Client



Our client is a leading niche recruiter, recruiting roles in the commercial and HR sectors. They have been established approaching 50 years in business and due to the continued success of their Brighton office, require further consultants to join their busy team. They have a uniquely adult approach to the recruitment process and the way the business functions on a day to day basis.



The Role



• Working as a Consultant in their Brighton office, the successful candidate will be working closely with established market names identifying candidates with the market place.

• The successful candidate will be working within their own vertical market, managing the full recruitment lifecycle covering business development and sales, candidate attraction and administration.

• You will have previous recruitment experience in either permanent or contract placements. Full support and training will be given to candidates who have strong sales and business development skills.

• Vacancies that will be recruited for will include Customer Service Executives, Office Support Staff, Receptionists and Administrators.



The Ideal Candidate



• You will be an experienced recruiter willing to be crossed trained within the commercial sector, specialising in contractual or permanent placements.

• You will be efficient, personable and used to creating successful client relationships.

• Proven track record of consistently billing £10,000 and above per month.

• Previous experience of running a busy temps desk

• Previous experience of placing candidates into permanent positions
