The Role

Due to expansion, they now seek to recruit a successful recruitment consultant, who will be based internally at their Luton office. You will be responsible for identifying new and existing business, utilising your proactive sales ability ensuring that the growth of my client continues.

This exciting and very rewarding role comes with complete autonomy and with it will be your responsibility to build and maintain relationships with both candidate and clients.



The Ideal Candidate

•Able to work within a team as well as autonomously

•Dynamic, imaginative and have lots of energy

•Target driven and passionate to succeed within recruitment

•Well organised and have a confident & professional working attitude

•Have a minimum of 12 months recruitment experience

•Or 18 months B-B Sales experience
