Technical Administrator



TECHNICAL ADMINISTRATOR



LOCATION: SOUTH EAST



SALARY AND BENEFITS: 20K – 25K

Their expertise lies in worldwide sourcing of new products, successful innovation, creative marketing and design, excellent customer service and quality products. An exiting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, highly motivated and experienced Technical Administrator to join their team.



ESSENTIAL:



•HND / BSC in food related discipline.

•Have at least 2 years experience within the industry.

•Excellent understanding all the current health and safety legislations, HACCP and BRC.

•Have worked with the major retailers including dealing with any complaints that may arise.

•Be confident in internal and external auditing.

•Flexibility is essential as you will be required to travel overseas and possibly work weekends.

•Have a good understanding of sweet and savoury bakery products



ROLE INFORMATION:



•To maintain and improve upon all food safety and quality records and ensure good document control.

•Ensuring the teams fully understand and comply with all the current legislations giving training wherever necessary.

•You will be required to conduct internal and external audits.

•Investigate any customer complaints that may arise and put in place corrective procedures wherever necessary.

•You will be required to travel overseas to the manufacturing sites and implement HACCP procedures and conduct audits.
